• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mizu Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (currently €0).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where applicable and permitted, disputes may also be subject to EU/EEA consumer protections.
